We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound inquiries via phone and will assist the Sales and Marketing Divisions by setting appointments for new businesses. Customer service and relationships will be a main focus for this position.
You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. Additionally being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary.
Knowledge of the general concept of Customer Relationship Management
Ability to cold call on perspective customers.
Ability to negotiate successfully with potential residential and commercial customers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered
Appointment setting experience, strongly preferred
Experience with call centers, preferred
