We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Services team. As an Inbound/outbound Customer Services agent, you will be conducting and receiving calls consulting customers and assist them with any questions related to the program or case.
You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position. Additionally being a disciplined self-motivator with experience in planning and managing a daily business schedule is necessary.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered.
Ability to create empathy with customers.
