Descripción   As a Marketing Concierge with Garza Blanca Preserve Resort, the candidate will be responsible for generating leads and booking qualified sales presentations for prospective customers. The qualified person will also be responsible for daily resort Concierge duties, calling guests to provide tour information in an effort to book a preview or sell a promotional vacation package.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing them with accurate information regarding hotel services, directions to local attractions, shopping areas, beaches and restaurants.
The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience that reflects the reputation and style of Garza Blanca Preserve Resort.
Encourage guests to schedule preview package sales/tours. Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners. Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Garza Blanca Preserve Resort tour. Determine and give complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
The qualified candidate must be self-motivated and able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week including regular weekends as well as holidays. A polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude and the ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner are equally essential.
