As an Inbound Customer Chat Sales Representative, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
· Receive Inbound chats from prospective customers on website
· Refer to internet and supporting websites provided during training to assist the potential customer with questions related to mobile services
· Work with the customer in trying to find whether they would benefit from purchasing a phone and becoming a customer of our client!
· You will be chatting with 3 different people at the same time
· You have the ability to get paid much more than your base rate!
Must be able to read, speak and write in English
Must be able to type 50 WPM with 0 errors
Must be proficient on the computer which includes being able to navigate around the web
Must be motivated and sales driven
Interpersonal skills and strong communication skills is a must!
Must be able to multitask (remember, you will be taking 3 chats at a time)
